Denial of service via unbounded response reads

Uncontrolled resource consumption in mcp-searxng before 1.7.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service through web_url_read. When a preliminary HEAD response omits Content-Length, checkContentLength() returns null and response.text() consumes the complete GET body before NodeHtmlMarkdown.translate() processes it. Default HTTP transport requires no authentication, and repeated or concurrent requests can exhaust memory and CPU until the server process becomes unavailable.
