Unauthenticated LLM configuration takeover via settings endpoint

Improper access control in Topoteretes Cognee before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to overwrite the global LLM configuration. The POST /api/v1/settings handler accepts any authenticated account and applies attacker-supplied provider settings to the process-wide cached configuration without checking is_superuser. Public self-registration supplies that account, so later LLM operations send prompts, documents, entities, and knowledge graph content to an attacker-controlled endpoint.
