Memory corruption via HTML entity-encoding size overflow

Heap buffer overflow in GNU Wget 1.25.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted HTML attribute. The html_quote_string() function in src/convert.c accumulates the encoded output length in a signed integer, allocates a wrapped, undersized heap buffer, and then copies the expanded entities into it. Exploitation requires Wget to process attacker-controlled HTML; the overflow can alter memory or interrupt the process, with no reported data disclosure.
