Download desynchronization via overflowing Content-Range parsing

Integer overflow in GNU Wget 1.25.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to desynchronize downloads via a crafted Content-Range header. parse_content_range() in src/http.c accumulates each server-controlled decimal field with unchecked signed multiplication and addition. The flaw is reached when the client retrieves an HTTP response from a malicious server; the reported effect is undefined behavior and download desynchronization, not data disclosure or code execution.
