Client crash via whitespace-only Metalink URL

Heap buffer underread in GNU Wget 1.25.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the client via a whitespace-only Metalink URL. In src/metalink.c, clean_metalink_string() trims an all-whitespace value by decrementing its end pointer without preserving the buffer boundary. Exploitation requires Wget to process a Metalink document from a malicious server and affects availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
