Unauthenticated root command execution via smacfilter_conf

OS command injection in Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through protocol.csp. The smacfilter_conf handler interpolates the name, enable, and mac GET parameters into uci command strings with sprintf(), then passes them to doSystemCmdComlib() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The unauthenticated management endpoint is reachable from the device network, and injected commands run as root with full control of the repeater.
