Authenticated code execution via SetMAC shell injection

OS command injection in JAIOTlink C492A-W6 firmware 4.8.30.57701411 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via SetMAC. The SetMAC handler accepts a Wireless value whose MAC-like prefix passes sscanf(), then inserts the unvalidated suffix into an echo command run by system(). Valid camera credentials and network access to the local HTTP API are required; successful exploitation runs arbitrary shell commands in the anyka_ipc process.
