Observable response discrepancy in Gitea 1.26.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate instance-wide label IDs. DeleteIssueLabel performs a global GetLabelByID lookup, so crafted foreign IDs return 204 when present but 422 when absent instead of enforcing repository scope. Write access to an issue in any attacker-controlled repository is required; the oracle reveals only label-ID existence and count, not label metadata or cross-repository writes.
