Unauthenticated draft attachment disclosure via missing draft check

Authorization bypass in Gitea 1.26.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read hidden draft-release attachments through UUID web URLs. ServeAttachment resolves an attachment by UUID and verifies repository read permission but never checks whether its linked release has IsDraft set. The attacker must obtain the high-entropy UUID through a leaked URL or side channel; exploitation is unauthenticated and read-only.
