Cross-client OAuth token metadata disclosure

Incorrect authorization in Gitea 1.26.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read metadata for other clients' OAuth tokens. The IntrospectOAuth handler authenticates the caller's client but never compares its application ID with the token grant's ApplicationID before returning grant and user claims. Reachability requires valid OAuth client credentials plus another client's access or refresh token; disclosure is limited to token status, scope, username, issuer, subject, and audience metadata.
