Authenticated LFS data disclosure via malformed SSH sub-verb

Authentication bypass in Gitea 1.23.0 through 1.26.2 allows remote authenticated users to read private LFS objects over SSH. The getAccessMode function maps an unknown LFS sub-verb to AccessModeNone, causing the repository permission comparison to succeed, while the HTTP LFS path accepts the resulting token for downloads without validating its operation claim. Exploitation requires an SSH-enabled account on a production-mode instance with SSH and LFS enabled, and exposes LFS content from private repositories outside that account's permissions.
