Service interruption via unbounded string allocation

Resource exhaustion in Apache Thrift Rust bindings before 0.24.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt services via crafted binary messages. In the binary protocol's non-strict message path, the Rust decoder accepts a wire-declared string length without enforcing a size limit and attempts the corresponding memory allocation. The flaw is reachable when a Rust client or server decodes untrusted non-strict binary-protocol traffic, and exhaustion can terminate or stall the hosting process.
