Code execution via PNM tokenizer off-by-one

Stack buffer overflow in GIMP on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 through 9 allows local users to execute code via a crafted PNM file. In file-pnm.c, pnmscanner_gettoken() lets ctr reach the 512-byte buffer size before writing a null terminator to buf[ctr], corrupting one byte beyond the stack allocation. Exploitation requires a local user and target-user interaction to open the malicious image; the result is a GIMP crash or code execution in the target user's context.
