Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized username
Published Apr 9, 2026 · Updated Apr 9, 2026
SQL injection in PHPGurukul News Portal Project 4.1 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries through sadminusername. The add-subadmins.php handler places the POSTed sadminusername value directly into a SQL query without sanitization, validation, or parameter binding. Access requires an administrator session, and the published time-based blind payload demonstrates database enumeration through response delays.
