Credential theft and impersonation via unguarded OpenAPI controllers

Missing authorization in JEECG JeecgBoot 3.9.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to steal credentials and impersonate owners. OpenApiAuthController and OpenApiPermissionController omit Shiro authorization guards and return AK/SK pairs, while OpenApiController.call trusts an AK without verifying its SK signature. Any valid low-privilege account can alter credential records and invoke configured API routes with a server-generated token for the credential owner.
