Pre-authentication daemon crash via unchecked link ID

An out-of-bounds write in hostapd MLO association processing before 2.12 allows physically proximate attackers to crash the daemon. hostapd_process_ml_assoc_req() accepts the 4-bit link_id value 15 from a Per-STA Profile and writes through links[], whose valid indexes end at 14. The pre-authentication path requires AP mode, CONFIG_IEEE80211BE, and a Wi-Fi 7 MLD configuration; the confirmed consequence is process termination.
