Log-flooding denial of service via nil dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Woodpecker before 3.15.0 allows remote attackers to flood server logs through an unauthenticated API request. The unauthenticated /api/orgs/lookup/*org_full_name route passes a nil session user into LookupOrg, which reads user.ForgeID and triggers a recovered panic. Repeated requests return HTTP 500 without stopping the server, but each panic emits a multi-line stack trace that consumes disk and log-ingestion capacity.
