Unauthenticated internal-service requests via unsanitized tool URLs

SSRF in API Lab MCP 0.2.0 through 0.2.1 allows remote attackers to make the server request attacker-selected URLs through HTTP tools. The HTTP interface passes source and url arguments from analyze_api_spec, generate_test_scenarios, and test_http_endpoint directly to fetch or axios without destination validation. Exploitation requires access to invoke a vulnerable MCP tool and server egress to the selected target; reachable internal services can be read or modified according to their exposed APIs.
