Authenticated command execution via hidden terminal_execute tool

OS command injection in Agions taskflow-ai 2.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands via terminal_execute. The MCP handler accepts the hidden terminal_execute tool without checking the public tool registry, while the executor passes attacker-controlled command text to execSync with shell interpretation enabled and no shell-metacharacter rejection. Access to the MCP tool endpoint is required; successful exploitation runs commands with the taskflow-ai process's host privileges and can read, alter, or interrupt resources available to that process.
