Out-of-bounds access in Escargot before 779f6bedf58f334dec64b0a51ebb724b4708b84a allows local users to corrupt memory via crafted JavaScript. The ArrayBuffer.prototype.transfer implementation fails to preserve the source buffer's resizable state when allocating the destination, allowing a typed-array view to access memory outside its backing store. Exploitation requires user interaction in an affected embedding context and can alter adjacent memory or terminate the process.
