Client crash via unbounded HTTP header accumulation

Resource exhaustion in Elixir Mint before 1.9.2 allows remote attackers controlling an HTTP server to crash the client application. Mint.HTTP1.decode_headers/5 and decode_trailer_headers/4 append every parsed header or trailer to request.headers_buffer without limiting the list or total bytes. Exploitation requires the client to connect to an attacker-controlled or intercepted HTTP/1 server, whose unterminated stream grows memory until the operating system kills the BEAM node.
