Cross-site scripting via leading URL control bytes

Cross-site scripting in Phoenix LiveView 1.2.2 through 1.2.6 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through crafted links. The uri_scheme/1 helper treats URLs beginning with control or space bytes as relative paths, while browsers strip those bytes and parse the hidden javascript scheme. Exploitation requires an application to render an attacker-controlled URL through the Phoenix link component and a victim to click it, exposing session-accessible data and actions.
