Authenticated metadata disclosure via internal subject subscription

NATS Server before 2.12.12 and 2.14.0-RC.1 through 2.14.2 allows remote authenticated users to expose MQTT QoS2 metadata. The MQTT processSubs path rejected $MQTT.msgs filters but omitted $MQTT.deliver.pubrel, while canSubscribe bypassed its allowlist for internal subscriptions. MQTT must be enabled, and valid account credentials are required; the path reveals session protocol metadata but not message payloads.
