Unauthenticated arbitrary deletion via traversal in delete handler

Path traversal in the Appium storage plugin before 1.1.6 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary writable files and directories. The POST /storage/delete handler passes the untrusted name directly to path.join(storageRoot, name) and fs.rimraf() without sanitization or a containment check. Network access to an Appium server running the storage plugin is sufficient, and deletion is limited to paths writable by the server process.
