Server crash via TLS and SNI reference errors

Denial of service in Apache Traffic Server allows remote attackers to crash the proxy through TLS and SNI processing. Apache attributes the faults to null dereferences and dangling references across 8.0.0 through 8.1.9, 9.0.0 through 9.2.14, and 10.0.0 through 10.1.3, but has not disclosed the affected code paths. Unauthenticated network access reaches the handlers, but the trigger conditions remain undisclosed; a successful trigger interrupts proxied traffic.
