Authenticated service interruption via unbounded zlib decompression

Resource exhaustion in Ericsson CodeChecker before 6.28.3 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via analysis uploads. The massStoreRun unzip function Base64-decodes a user-supplied b64zip value and passes it to one-shot zlib decompression without an output limit. An account authorized to store analysis runs can force the server to materialize the expansion in memory and then write it to temporary storage, causing a process crash or prolonged service interruption.
