Heap disclosure via mis-sized OID hash key

Heap out-of-bounds read in Crypt::OpenSSL::X509 before 2.1.3 allows remote attackers to disclose adjacent heap data via a crafted certificate. The hv_exts function uses OBJ_obj2txt's full required OID length as hv_store's key length although only 128 bytes fit in its fixed buffer, causing hv_store to read beyond the allocation. Exposure requires a consuming Perl application to parse an untrusted certificate and call an affected extension-hash method; the leaked bytes appear in the returned hash key.
