Unauthenticated authorization bypass via dropped role mapping

Authorization bypass in Eclipse Milo 1.0.0 through 1.1.4 allows remote attackers to perform role-protected OPC UA operations. OpcUaServerConfig.copy() omits the configured RoleMapper, leaving sessions without role IDs and causing the default access controller to skip role-permission checks. Exploitation requires a server built from a copied configuration that relies on role permissions; anonymous access can expose metadata, protected methods, and node deletion.
