Authentication bypass in Veeam Service Provider Console before 9.3 allows remote attackers to access its appliance API as Portal Administrator. Veeam has not disclosed the authentication logic error that assigns the Portal Administrator context to unauthenticated proxied API requests. Exploitation is limited to a short window after an administrator session begins and grants access to appliance data through the proxy.
