Certificate validation bypass via unbound stapled OCSP response

Improper certificate validation in affected Bouncy Castle Java editions allows remote attackers to bypass revocation checks via stapled OCSP. ProvOcspRevocationChecker verifies the response signature but returns successfully when no SingleResponse CertID matches the checked certificate, instead of rejecting the response or falling back to a CRL. A TLS server with a revoked certificate can therefore staple a valid response for another certificate; affected releases are Java 1.66 through 1.84, Java LTS 2.73.0 through 2.73.11, and FIPS Java API 2.0.0 through 2.0.1 and 2.1.0 through 2.1.2.
