Scanner crash via IPv6 extension-header length underflow

Integer underflow in Nmap 7.99 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the scanner via a crafted IPv6 response. ipv6_get_data_primitive advances beyond a truncated extension header before subtracting the consumed bytes, wrapping the unsigned remaining length and enabling out-of-bounds reads. Exploitation requires a raw IPv6 scan and a malicious scanned target or on-path attacker able to return the malformed packet.
