Unauthorized file access via radix split node grants

Improper access control in Node.js 22.23.1, 24.18.0, and 26.5.0 allows local users to read or write files outside an allowlist. The Permission Model grants a radix split node while matching an allowed path, causing sibling prefixes outside the allowlist to inherit filesystem access. Reachability requires the permission flag, a filesystem grant, and code able to select a boundary-adjacent path; the result is unauthorized file disclosure or modification.
