CVE-2026-58001Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Video ownership transfer via unguarded GET request

Published Aug 22, 2026 · Updated Aug 22, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in WWBN AVideo through commit 9c39d8c8 allows remote authenticated users to transfer video ownership. objects/videoEditLight.php reads attacker-controlled request values and saves video fields without an authenticity check, while its filename and GET method bypass the automatic CSRF guard. An ordinary uploader can plant the request in a sanitized video-description image; an administrator's page view then changes ownership and other video metadata.
