Authenticated root command execution via shell substitution

Command injection in OpenWrt luci-app-tailscale-community 0.11.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The tailscale.do_login RPC inserts user-controlled loginserver and loginserver_authkey values into a command passed through an outer double-quoted /bin/sh -c string, so command substitutions are evaluated before the intended argument quoting. Exploitation requires the package ACL, Tailscale to be installed, and the service to be logged out or in the NeedsLogin state; successful execution gains root privileges.
