Authenticated SQL injection via unvalidated rule ID

SQL injection in SigNoz 0.130.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary ClickHouse queries via a crafted rule ID. The alert-history handlers pass the decoded ID to ClickHouse reader functions that insert it into SQL with fmt.Sprintf, without UUID validation or parameterization. Viewer access is sufficient to read stored traces, logs, and metrics or make server-side requests when ClickHouse has outbound network access.
