Spectator workflow modification via permissive route middleware

Incorrect authorization in its-a-feature Mythic before 3.4.0.60 allows remote authenticated users to alter automation workflows. The eventing_import_automatic_webhook route is registered under RBACMiddlewareAll instead of the non-spectator middleware, so its handler writes files and database rows and can soft-delete EventGroups for spectator requests. Spectator access is required, and writes remain confined to the caller's current operation, where automation used for tasking or detection can be changed or disabled.
