Authenticated internal network access via unfiltered webhook URLs

SSRF in Pinpoint 3.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make the server send HTTP requests to internal hosts. WebhookController validates only URL syntax, and WebhookSenderImpl later passes the stored destination to RestTemplate.exchange without blocking private, loopback, link-local, redirected, or post-DNS-resolved addresses. Any valid user session suffices, but an alarm threshold must fire; resulting POSTs can probe internal HTTP services and disclose user-group details to an attacker-controlled receiver.
