Administrative SSRF via unvalidated RSS feed URL
Published Jun 26, 2026 · Updated Jun 26, 2026
SSRF in the RSS feed importer in DanPros HTMLy 3.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to make the server request a chosen URL. The get_feed() function in system/admin/admin.php passes the user-controlled $feed_url directly to file_get_contents() without destination or scheme validation. Administrative access to Tools > Import RSS is required; crafted URLs can target attacker-controlled hosts, internal services, cloud metadata, or local files.
