Internal repository exfiltration via unchecked Git redirects

SSRF in Gitea 1.26.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to exfiltrate internal Git repositories through migration URLs. The migration handlers validate only the submitted URL, then invoke Git clone and mirror fetch without disabling initial HTTP redirects or revalidating the redirect target. Exploitation requires repository migration access and server reachability to a restricted internal Git HTTP(S) service; successful imports copy repository contents into an attacker-controlled Gitea repository.
