Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal
Published Jun 26, 2026 · Updated Jun 26, 2026
Path traversal in GeoVision GV-LPC2011 and GV-LPC2211 1.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The get_fcont.cgi component accesses a user-supplied file path without adequately restricting it to the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the affected CGI process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
