Authenticated SSRF via hexadecimal IP filter bypass

Server-side request forgery in Kanboard 1.2.52 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP resources. The isPrivateURL() method in app/Core/Http/Client.php treats hexadecimal hosts as safe when FILTER_VALIDATE_IP rejects them, while cURL resolves the same notation and sends the request. Any ordinary account with project access can submit a web link that reaches localhost, private networks, or cloud metadata services and reads returned HTTP data.
