CVE-2026-5777

Root access via unauthenticated network-exposed ADB

Published Apr 10, 2026 · Updated Apr 10, 2026

Authentication bypass in EGate Atom 3X projectors allows remote attackers on the same network to obtain root access through exposed ADB. The firmware exposes Android Debug Bridge over Wi-Fi without authentication or access controls, accepting privileged connections as root. Access requires the same local network and affects model E04i32 firmware from Wed Jun 18 10:35:47 CST 2025 to before Mar Tue 10 17:57:35 CST 2026, enabling full device control.
