Unauthenticated file deletion via path traversal
Published Jul 13, 2026 · Updated Jul 13, 2026
Path traversal in WP Swings Membership for WooCommerce 3.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary server files. The affected AJAX file operation accepts an attacker-controlled pathname without adequate validation or access control, but the vendor has not identified the handler. No account or user interaction is required, and deleting critical site files can interrupt the WordPress service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
