CVE-2026-57588

Scan-result data disclosure via malicious file import

Published Jun 25, 2026 · Updated Jun 25, 2026

SQL injection in Tenable Nessus 10.12.0 and earlier allows attackers to read scan-result data through a crafted scan result file. During privileged import, Nessus fails to neutralize SQL embedded in the file before inserting its contents into the scan results database. Exploitation requires a privileged user to import the attacker-supplied file; the documented consequence is scan-result data exfiltration.
