Service interruption via exponential nested-query traversal

Inefficient query processing in Parse Server before 8.6.82 and 9.0.0-alpha.1 through 9.9.1-alpha.11 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The internal query-traversal helper repeatedly re-walks arrays nested beneath $or, $and, and $nor, producing exponential rather than linear processing time. The default REST API and LiveQuery paths require only the public application identifier; one repeatable small request blocks the Node.js event loop and denies service to all clients for many seconds.
