Arbitrary file read via XML-RPC path traversal

Path traversal in KUNBUS RevPiPyLoad 0.11.0 and earlier allows local users to read arbitrary files through crafted XML-RPC requests. The XML-RPC file-management handler resolves an attacker-controlled path without confining access to the managed PLC directory. The server is disabled by default; when enabled, local users can obtain configuration and credential material readable by the daemon.
