Credential recovery via static-salt fast hashing

Weak password hashing in JCD.PL Windu CMS 4.1 allows attackers with stolen password hashes to recover user credentials offline. The password-storage routine combines MD5 and SHA-1 with a static salt, leaving each stored hash cheap to test against password guesses. Exploitation requires prior access to the password database or exported hashes; successful cracking exposes only the credentials represented by those hashes.
