Administrator SQL execution via stacked sort queries
Published Jul 20, 2026 · Updated Jul 20, 2026
SQL injection in Apache Syncope affected releases allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through Audit Events searches. The search path inserts unsanitized sort parameters into database queries, permitting stacked statements under the internal database connection's privileges. An administrator with adequate Audit Events entitlements is required; affected branches are 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, 4.0.0-M0 through 4.0.6, and 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.1.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=3.0.0-M0 <=3.0.16
