Authenticated server URL disclosure via unchecked endpoint

Authorization bypass in Jenkins GitHub Branch Source Plugin 1967.1969.v205fd594c821 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server URLs. The plugin's HTTP endpoint for listing globally configured GitHub API endpoints returns their URLs without checking the caller's permission. Overall/Read access is sufficient, and the exposure is limited to GitHub Enterprise server URLs rather than credentials or configuration changes.
