Code execution via unchecked saveVideo array index
Published Jul 2, 2026 · Updated Jul 2, 2026
Out-of-bounds array access in GeoVision GeoWebPlayer 1.1.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through a malicious webpage. The WebSocket saveVideo handler uses an unchecked message index to address critical-section and camera arrays, then calls a release function through the out-of-bounds entry. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled web content that sends a crafted message to the localhost server, and successful control-flow corruption executes code in the GeoWebPlayer process context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
